In the early hours of a Wednesday morning, URI was notified of an incident at a high-rise student housing property on Temple University’s campus in Philadelphia, PA. A paper towel dispenser was set on fire in a communal bathroom and while it was quickly extinguished, and thankfully did burn for long enough to set off the water sprinkler systems, it left the bathroom with extensive fire, smoke, and soot damage.
