Asbestos Awareness – After course completion you will understand the dangers of asbestos, the adverse health side effects, and how to minimize exposure. Bloodborne Pathogens – The course teaches how bloodborne pathogens are spread, how to avoid exposure and what to do if exposed to infectious material. This course is one of the requirements of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. | 1 Hour Course |
EPA Renovation, Repair, & Painting (RRP) – This course was developed by the EPA, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. You will learn how to renovate, repair, and paint, and work safely in housing with lead-based paint. | 8 Hour Course |
First Aid/CPR/AED – This course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies. We’ll train participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. | 4 Hour Course |
Healthcare: Environmental Best Practices – Geared towards healthcare industry professionals and vendors who support the industry. This training empowers attendees with a deep understanding of effective environmental cleaning and disinfection practices in the unique healthcare environment. Healthcare: Mold Assessment & Remediation – This course is geared toward healthcare facility maintenance personnel, restoration contractors, and environmental remediation professionals who will be addressing and responding to water damage and suspect mold in healthcare facilities. | 6 Hour Course |
Healthcare: Renovation & Maintenance Best Practices – The course is geared towards general and specialty contractors, facility staff and directors, infection preventionists, and risk managers. The following curriculum is based on the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) manual, Infection Prevention Manual for Construction & Renovation. | 6 Hour Course |
Infection Prevention Cleaning & Disinfection – The training course will address infection prevention basics, microorganisms & infectious agents, cleaning schedules and principles, cleaning vs. disinfection worker protection, cleaning agents, bloodborne pathogens and OPIM linen and laundry care. | 6 Hour Course |
OSHA 10: General Industry 10 Hour – OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Training is appropriate for workers in the following fields: multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and more.
